The hotel is in a great location, right next to a busy train station, making it convenient for easy travelling. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful architecture and views of the city from the hotel's internal areas.

Some rooms facing the main street may experience noise at night from passing vehicles.

Spacious room with beautiful decor and comfortable bed. The towels in the bathroom were luxurious. The hotel management even left a thoughtful gift for us. The location is convenient, although the area can be busy. Free mini bar and snacks were a nice touch.

The added value items were a pleasant surprise. Complimentary tea/coffee/soft drinks all day. Wine tasting from 6pm to 9pm with canapes. Breakfast juice and croissant. No charge for mini bar soft drinks. Professional and friendly staff. Quiet rooms in a busy location.

Loved the attention to detail and the little surprises left in our room, such as the fruit plate and cute advent calendars. The breakfast options were delicious, especially at Lady Abercorn's. the location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the places we wanted to visit.

The rooms were a bit small and lacked a view. The bathroom lacked counter and shelf space for toiletries, and the shower tended to get water all over the bathroom.

Great location near Liverpool Street with modern and original room design. Efficient and friendly staff, especially Fleur at check-in. Good shower and comfortable bed.

We had the most amazing stay at Andaz. The room was so comfortable and the staff were really good too make our anniversary special. They even surprised us with a bottle of red in our room! The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere without needing to use public transportation. it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to a busy train station and within walking distance of trendy Shoreditch. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities such as iPhone/iPad connectivity. The staff provides exceptional service, including personalized check-ins and follow-ups from the guest relations manager. The breakfast options are healthy and delicious, with unique choices like quinoa salad and egg-white omelette.

The window in the room is slightly small, which may limit the amount of natural light and view available to guests.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities were beyond our expectations. the spa center was fantastic with a variety of massages, facials and beauty treatments. the staff was very professional and welcoming. the room advantages were impressive with a mini bar equipped with complimentary beverages. the private facilities provided us with utmost privacy and comfort.

this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious stay with impeccable service.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious, it fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the service is amazing, the Spa & wellness centre with Sauna, Full body massage and Facial are just perfect for relaxation. the room was spacious with elegant decor and there was an impressive beauty treatment stash in the bathroom. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had delicious Special diet menus.

The only minor issue I had is that the entertainment options were limited compared to other luxury hotels. Nevertheless, the hotel more than made up for it with its amazing Spa centre and room advantages.
